Do you handle permits and HOA approval?
Yes. We draw up full plans for your project, ready for permit and HOA submission, and take care of all permits and HOA approvals. We just need your HOA's name and contact or management company. You can include it when you request your free design to speed things up.
Who handles the gas, electrical and plumbing?
We do. It's turnkey: our own subcontractors handle all gas, electrical and plumbing work, so you deal with one company from design to final install.
